I’m a design strategist and researcher focused on making complex systems more equitable, actionable, and impactful. With over five years of experience in education, technology, and financial services, I help teams translate deep user insights into strategies that drive meaningful change. My work centers on experience design, journey mapping, and participatory research—ensuring that historically marginalized voices are reflected in the products and services that shape their lives.

Growing up as a military kid, I learned to adapt quickly, connect with diverse communities, and stay curious. That perspective shapes my approach today, whether I’m facilitating co-design sessions, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data, or helping organizations operationalize equity-centered design. At the core, I believe research is a tool for transformation—and I’m passionate about using it to build more inclusive, human-centered innovations.
