I have devoted myself to the pursuit of more equitable systems and finding the best ways to operationalize the path towards that future state. I am happiest when I am digging deep and collaborating with others to imagine systems that can yield value for the entire ecosystem of stakeholders.

Through developing my expertise in equity-centered design, I have learned to build frameworks and methods that elevate historically and systematically marginalized student voices in education. In addition to my work in education, I have experience at the intersection of business design and innovation, executing on transformative products for Fortune 250 companies in the financial services and technology world.
